TASK DESCRIPTION: This position is located in the Kuwait Air Force (KAF) Organizational Level (O-Level) Maintenance Activity at Ahmed Al- Jaber Air Base to provide services regarding the installation, operation, maintenance, modification, and repair of the F/A-18 weapons system. TASK REQUIREMENT: 1. The overall management of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, coordination of requisitions for aircraft material, and assisting the Staff Officer, Supervisor, and the Squadron Maintenance Officer with overall maintenance management. 2. Coordinate pilot and technician discussions regarding aircraft problems. 3. Work with KAF personnel on Maintenance Control functions and the COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series. 4. Support on-the-job training and cross-training of KAF personnel.
