Maintenance ClericalThe Maintenance Office Clerk is responsible to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Office. The Clerk will greet contractors and visitors, schedule chaperones, maintain records, and coordinate training.
Greet and Direct Contractors and Visitors
Open/close the Maintenance Office each day. Greet and direct visitors and contractors. Assist personnel with key needs.
Schedule Chaperones
Schedule chaperones for contractors, Maintenance workers, and other PCC personnel for work to be completed on PCC properties. Contact other departments as needed for chaperones, and communicate all necessary information.
Manage Records and Files
Maintain and update records for keys, vehicles, equipment, golf carts, and licensing. Maintain personnel's equipment and vehicle certifications. Process duplication requests and submit supply orders as needed.
Coordinate Training
Administer videos and written tests for all Maintenance equipment and vehicles. Schedule training to coordinate with certified trainers. Document and file all certifications when training is completed.
