MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The service holder is responsible, within the OneAsset Project team, for the Technical Assistance Services related to the OneAsset project.
The OneAsset project is a strategic initiative to implement a unified Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system across industrial sites, regardless of branch.
As part of this transformation, we are seeking one experienced maintenance contractors’ Business Process Owners (BPOs) with demonstrated experience in Exploration & Production (E&P) sites.
This role will contribute to the implementation of operational excellence in the OneAsset solution, supporting the digitalization and harmonization of maintenance processes.
The detailed design phase will start in February 2026. Development and testing will be organized in four waves, each wave spanning 14 weeks and comprising four 3-week sprints, with solution delivery planned for April 2027.
During this timeline, demonstrating ability to work effectively with culturally diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple countries, the contractors’ BPOs will leverage their hands-on experience to contribute to detailed processes design, incorporate stakeholders’ inputs and execute Sprint Acceptance Tests (SAT) and pre-Business Acceptance Tests (pre-BAT) within each wave, culminating in final BAT to ensure business fit and will steer user testing (UAT) readiness for pilot’s deployment.
The service holder reports to the Project Management team.
