Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Assistant

Oak River Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in Anderson, California, is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time
• Days: Sunday through Thursday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Assist with facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, and safety inspections
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
• Support compliance with health and safety standards
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance, repair, or handyman experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
