Intro

Join our team as a Line Maintenance Administrative Assistant and support the smooth administrative flow of maintenance operations. You’ll review and archive maintenance documentation, prepare reports and invoice records, and ensure data accuracy in line with company and customer requirements. By coordinating staff logistics, tracking work hours, and maintaining organized records, you’ll play an important role in keeping line maintenance activities efficient, compliant, and well-documented.

Reviewing and verifying completed maintenance documents for accuracy in accordance with company and customer guidelines
Gathering and reporting maintenance manpower data for economic analysis
Preparing post-maintenance reports as required
Digitally scanning and archiving maintenance records.
Preparing invoice documentation for completed maintenance work
Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and Airport IDs for maintenance staff
Tracking work hours, managing rosters, and approving timesheets for maintenance personnel.

We expect You to have

Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data tracking and reporting
Excellent attention to detail for reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with aviation industry standards or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) processes is an advantage.
