We’re looking for a Maintenance Apprentice who takes pride in keeping a community clean and well-maintained while building the skills to grow into a Maintenance Technician role.
The Opportunity
In this position, you will support the overall upkeep of the community, with a focus on grounds, cleanliness, and basic maintenance, while gaining hands-on experience across property operations.
Key areas of focus include:
- Maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities to a consistent, high standard
- Managing trash operations, including dumpster areas and bulk item coordination
- Assisting the maintenance team with minor repairs and upkeep of community features
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns proactively
- Supporting overall property presentation to ensure a clean, well-run environment
This is a role for someone who is dependable, takes initiative and wants to learn the fundamentals of maintenance with the goal of growing in a technician role.
What You Bring to the Team
You have a solid foundation in groundskeeping, general labor, or hands-on work, with the willingness to learn, follow safety protocols, take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
