The Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor contributes to the success of the plant by providing leadership around ensuring the consistent, reliable and efficient operation of the manufacturing lines. This role oversees preventative and predictive maintenance programs and drives equipment uptime and supports the planning and execution of maintenance days, overhauls and rebuilds. In addition to Responsibilities including cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire location. In this role, you will lead a team of Team Member employees within the facilities department.
