Maintenance Advanced Engineer
Maintain manufacturing processes in optimal condition. Develop maintenance plans, OPMs, preventive routines, and define the execution frequencies applicable to different technologies. Manage spare parts for critical machinery, as well as control and ensure compliance with schedules, guaranteeing standardization of machinery across all processes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Functional Competencies: Sewing Process Module Assembly Process Cutting Process L2L Dispatch Technical Requirements & Responsibilities: Ensure all machinery technologies operate within established standards Maintain spare parts inventory according to the master spare parts catalog Develop and execute action plans to reduce downtime in launch cells Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): OA (Operational Availability) MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
