Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple open space, grounds & Hort maintenance crews
  • managing team schedules, performance, training & promotions
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all sites
  • Act as key client contact, building relationships and ensuring contract delivery
  • Plan and manage maintenance schedules, resources, and equipment allocation
  • Identify efficiencies and improvements to enhance service delivery and outcomes
  • Manage budgets, tracking labour, materials, and overall contract performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards
  • Lead risk management, safety initiatives, and on-site team development
  • Support Team Leaders to coordinate crews across multiple locations
  • Monitor performance, client feedback, and drive continuous improvement

What will you need?

  • Experience on ground and in Management, or similar
  • Certificate III in Parks & Gardens or similar (Desirable)
  • A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Automatic)
  • National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
