We are seeking a dependable and experienced
Maintenance Technician to
perform general property maintenance and repairs throughout the community. The ideal candidate will have hands-on handyman experience, with basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, and be comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks.
The Maintenance Technician must be reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently as well as as part of a team. This position will also assist with larger maintenance projects and community improvements as needed.
