Job Description


We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general building maintenance and a strong commitment to providing excellent service to residents, vendors, and fellow team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the community.

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed.

  • Complete basic electrical repairs and diagnostics.

  • Perform plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations.

  • Utilize basic computer systems and technology for work orders, communication, and reporting.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

  • Maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of community facilities and equipment.

  • Work independently while effectively communicating with management, residents, and contractors.

Full-Time

Pay Rate: Up to $25 DOE
