Job Description


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of buildings, equipment, and common areas. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and visually appealing.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform general repairs and maintenance of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and lighting.

  • Conduct regular inspections of property grounds, equipment, and facilities to identify and address issues promptly.

  • Repair doors, locks, fixtures, and other minor structural elements as needed.

  • Paint, patch, pressure wash, and perform other tasks to maintain the property’s appearance.

  • Monitor and maintain common areas such as hallways, stairwells, clubhouses, and mechanical rooms.

  • Assist with preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life.

  • Respond to work orders and maintenance requests from management or residents in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in a clean and organized manner.

  • Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with community and company standards.

  • Report any major maintenance needs, safety hazards, or property damage to management.

Full-Time Sun-Thurs 7:30am-4pm
Pay rate: $23-$24
