Our Maintenance People,
As Canada’s largest residential landlord, CAPREIT prides itself on the smooth operation and safety of our properties. Our Maintenance Crew is responsible for the coordination of all major repairs and improvements necessary for a portfolio of properties. They key goal of the team is to maintain a properly functioning and inviting environment throughout the building for our staff and residents.
An ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, a background in building mechanics, good knowledge of painting and accessories, general HVAC/plumbing knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple jobs in an organized fashion. In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess a means of travelling between properties throughout the day.
