Job Category: Installation - Maint - RepairOutrageous Cabins is looking for very knowledgeable and dependable maintenance men for Part Time and Full Time positions!
Responsibilities include:
>  Providing excellent customer service to all guests
> Maintain a respectful and communicative relationship with entire office staff and  Housekeeping team to provide the best customer service for our guests
> Perform daily routine preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, carpentry, painting, and appliances.
>  Identify defects with tile, caulk, and wall covering.
>  Troubleshoot and perform repairs to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, carpentry, painting, appliances, flooring, and general building based on skill requirements.
>  Monitor the physical condition of the cabins and the resort and correct unsafe conditions.
>  Maintain accurate records for work orders/preventative maintenance, safety, repair/replace of major equipment, inventory of parts and supplies.
>  Diagnose and perform maintenance/repairs on A/C and heating, electrical and plumbing systems, carpentry, painting, stairs, railings, gutters, ceiling fans, hot tubs and Jacuzzi tubs.
>  Think outside the box when handling guest work orders to insure timely and accurate resolutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:
> Must include a Resume with this application!
>  High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)  Valid Driver’s License
> Must have knowledge of:
Hot tubs/Jacuzzi tubs
HVAC background
Electrical background
Plumbing background
>  Must have excellent inter-personal skills when dealing with guests, associates, and the general public.
>  Part-Time position: 32 hrs per week.
>  Full-Time position offers: 40+ hrs per week, Medical Insurance,
> Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and a 1 week paid Vacation every
> year after 1st year
