Reports to: Lead Maintenance Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)
Eligibility/Selection/Enrollment/Attendance:
- Perform basic duties including:
- - Assist with preparation of Maintenance and Improvement Plans
- - Assist with preventative maintenance schedules
- - Help prepare plans for short term projects
- - Manage applicable projects as assigned
- Coordinate and perform semi-skilled and skilled repair and remodeling duties, including but not limited to carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, cabinetry, concrete, and related building trades’ tasks
- Coordinate and perform scheduled maintenance, repair, and installation work on electrical, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems
- Coordinate and conduct preventative maintenance and repairs
- Perform painting
- Maintain grounds, including sidewalks, parking lots, common areas, lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, trash pickup to ensure maximum curb appeal
- Set up community space as needed for (meetings, trainings, etc..)
- Perform snow removal duties, including sanding and salting walkways
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records
- Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices
Qualifications/Benefits
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One-year related experience in maintenance
- Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background search
Preferred
- One or more years with related experience
- Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting
Required Physical Demands
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl; to reach with hands and arms; to climb or balance; and smell
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
