Location: Franklin, Kentucky
The Maintenance & Engineering Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for facility engineering projects and foundry maintenance operations, including electrical, mechanical, preventative, custodial, and vehicle maintenance. This role directs engineering planning and execution, ensures asset reliability, drives continuous improvement, and leads a multiâdisciplinary maintenance organization to support safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations.
