
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative, coordination and logistic support for mainland-related projects, business events and cross-boundary liaison services under the team
• Assist in organizing meetings, conferences and business events with Mainland counterparts and provide end-to-end logistics support to ensure compliance with proper protocol
• Assist in data research on railway development in the Chinese Mainland, including policy updates and latest information from Mainland Railway Authorities
• Assist in managing documents or business correspondence, and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems to ensure records are up to date
• Provide clerical support including report consolidation, record keeping and office supplies management; manage and control corporate administration / information systems
Requirements
• Grade E / level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages
• A minimum of 4 years’ working experience, preferably gained in Mainland-related or cross boundary business
• Proficiency in general office software and applications including Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
Remarks
• Possession of a valid travel document to the Chinese Mainland is required
• Candidates with less experience but higher qualifications will also be considered
