Hands on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MVS, Endeavor ISPF, TSO, CICS, Control-M, and
basic IBM utilities
Proven problem-solving abilities and analysis of complex mainframe programs is a must skill
Must be experienced in maintaining systems in the MVS mainframe environment.
Must have worked in Mainframe application development.
Must be able to negotiate, influence and work with business peers and management.
Must have experience of working in an agile environment
Ability to understand the requirements and come up with an optimal end-to-end solutionMust possess strong analytical skills to review the production problems reported
