Job Description

The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.

• Provide high-level (2nd and 3rd level) support and maintenance for a Mainframe-based application, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis, implementing solutions to ensure system reliability and availability.
• Manage incidents, change requests, and maintain system performance and stability in collaboration with the maintenance team.
• Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to implement long-term solutions and improvements.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in Mainframe environments, particularly in application maintenance and operational support.
• Strong ticket handling skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the German language for daily communication and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong track record in 2nd and 3rd level operational support roles.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
