What You’ll Do:
Implement the nursing process for assigned patients, ensuring care aligns with Kentucky Nursing Laws and hospital policies.
Collaborate with a diverse, inter-professional team to enhance patient outcomes.
Lead by example and contribute to continuous professional development and shared governance.
Use critical thinking and clinical reasoning to deliver safe, effective care.
Requirements:
Active Kentucky RN License
BCLS certification (required within 90 days of hire)
ACLS & PALS certification (required within 6 months)
