Two parttime positions available: Sat/Sun, 0000-1200 and 1200-0000
The Main Entrance Guard is responsible for controlling access to the site, greeting and verifying all incoming personnel and visitors, issuance of badges, and ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the facility. This role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and a professional presence.
Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and deliveries.
● Verify identification, issue visitor passes, and maintain entry logs.
● Conduct vehicle and bag inspections as required.
● Maintain situational awareness and respond to suspicious activity or security incidents.
● Provide clear directions and professional customer service to all personnel.
● Prepare accurate shift reports and document incidents.
Qualifications
● Valid Security Guard License.
● Logistics Experience would be an asset.
● Excellent communication and observation skills.
● Ability to remain alert during long periods of station duty.
● Professional and courteous demeanor.
