We are looking for a Main Coordinator to support the Belgrade Metro Project by ensuring effective communication, coordination and administrative project delivery between the client, Serbian stakeholders, contractors and the PMC team. In this role, you will help keep project workflows, documentation and reporting processes structured, timely and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key liaison between the client, Serbian entities, contractors, supervision authorities and the PMC project team.
• Support the Project Manager and team members in coordinating daily project activi-ties and addressing urgent matters raised by external parties.
• Prepare, review and distribute project documents, correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, invitations and presentations in English and Serbian.
• Coordinate document control activities, including numbering, archiving, filing, track-ing, retrieval and quality checks of project documentation.
• Monitor deliverables, drawings, reports and correspondence to ensure deadlines, re-view periods and follow-up actions are clearly tracked.
• Attend design meetings and workshops, collect relevant information and prepare fol-low-up communication for participants.
• Prepare and update monthly reports, status overviews, tracking records and project filing systems.
• Support smooth project progress and, when appropriate, occasionally deputise for the PMC Project Manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, Railway Engineering or a comparable field.
• At least seven years of experience in managing large infrastructure or construction pro-jects, ideally in the railway, metro or transport sector.
• Experience in coordinating several parallel projects in railway infrastructure construction and construction supervision.
• Knowledge of the railway transport market in Serbia and the wider region.
• Experience with project management under FIDIC contract conditions is desirable.
• Relevant licences issued by the Chamber of Engineers are considered an advantage.
• Advanced English skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills, with a reliable, proactive and detail-oriented working style.
