Seeking a Mailroom Clerk to support daily mail operations in a high-volume production environment. Responsibilities include operating printers, mail inserters, metering machines, paper joggers, envelope folders, and other mailing equipment to ensure outgoing mail is processed accurately and on schedule.
Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs with vendors, operating print and mail tracking software, maintaining inventory levels, processing shipments, and supporting general mail center operations. The selected candidate will also collaborate with internal support teams regarding printer, network, and software-related issues when necessary.
This is an onsite position requiring frequent standing, lifting, bending, kneeling, and movement throughout the workday.

High school diploma or GED required
Mailroom experience preferred but not required
Ability to learn mailing, shipping, and tracking software
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate and maintain production equipment
Excellent attendance and reliability
Ability to work around loud machinery
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds when necessary
Ability to push equipment and supply carts weighing over 100 pounds
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must successfully pass a federal background investigation

This is a Contract position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
