GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Mailroom and Print Center Assistant will assist in both the Mail and Print center. Performing a broad range of departmental duties, which include knowledge of United States Postal, campus and express mail to the college community. Knowledge of Print service equipment, such as, Printing, cutting, and computer programs. Dependability and attendance are critical components of this position.

The individual must possess knowledge, skills and ability to be able to successfully perform the essential functions of the position or be able to explain or demonstrate how the essential functions will be performed, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED. This is an entry-level position. One year of relevant clerical and/or mail/postal experience is highly preferred.
Licenses/Certifications Must have a Valid California driver's license and personal Transportation.
Supervisory Responsibility None.
Time Type: Full-time, 10 months
Work Schedule: This is a regular, full-time, non-exempt staff position working 40 hours per week, 10 months per year, from August through May. The position is not scheduled to work during the months of June and July. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, hours may vary based on departmental and College needs.

Compensation: Starting Pay Rate: $22.50-$23.00 per hour
