Role: Mail Order & Warehouse Assistant

Hours: 35 hours per week in accordance with the Retail rota, which will include evenings and weekends.

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton

Contract Type: Permanent

An exciting opportunity in our Retail Team!

As a Mail Order & Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in connecting Brighton & Hove Albion FC with our fans worldwide. You will handle the entire mail order process from order processing through to parcel dispatch, managing click and collect orders across both retail stores and maintain accurate online stock records. You will deliver high-class customer service and assist the warehouse team with storing and replenishing stock.

Your Retail background

If you’ve got warehouse experience and a knack for stock control and EPOS systems, you’re already ahead of the game! You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure whilst being accurate and efficient because getting our fans’ orders right and on time is what we do best.
