Mail Coordinators perform tasks associated with receipt, sorting, and delivery. Keep record of U. S. mail, interoffice mail, and facility mail distribution..

Compensation & Benefits:

The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.

Job Duties & Functions:

  • Occasional mail pick up and drop off from post office and other locations.
  • Delivers mail to pre-established internal drop areas.
  • Picks up outgoing mail and interoffice correspondence from each department.
  • Sorts picked up mail by outgoing or interoffice. Stamps outgoing mail by hand or with postage meter and seals envelopes, etc. as necessary.
  • Distributes interoffice correspondence to appropriate parties and provides outgoing mail for local area Post Office.
  • Monitors postage paid and other operating supplies to ensure that needed availability exists. Orders or requests order for additional operating supplies when necessary.
  • Process special mailings accordingly. Monitors inventory of supplies for the company and orders as necessary. Assists with tracking or other problem resolution of sent shipping as needed.
  • Maintains shipping and receiving office for the company and distributes items in and out of shipping/receiving area accordingly. Distributes same items throughput facility accordingly.
  • Performs small moving functions within facilities department: boxes, file cabinets and other single man/dolly functions
  • Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid Colorado Driver License in good standing.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Six months related experience in administrative work, delivery, postal work, driver, or similar job function.

Work Location: This is an opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area.

Shift/Hours: This is a part time day position with flexible hours.

Physical Requirements: Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephone and other office and/or clinical equipment.
