About the Role

We are looking for a Mail Clerk to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities while communicating regularly with both internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, or another client-facing administrative role. Personality is especially important for this position — we’re looking for someone who is positive, energetic, proactive, and comfortable communicating with people.

What You’ll Do

• Handle day-to-day mail, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
• Receive, organize, process, and distribute incoming mail and documents.
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of mail, documents, and deliveries.
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients regarding requests, documents, and follow-ups.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service.
• Follow up proactively on outstanding items and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Support other administrative and operational activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Mail/Administrative Support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and proactive personality.
• Comfortable communicating with both internal and external clients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
