Canaves Collection, a renowned hospitality company, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Maid / Valet. As one of the best hotels in the world, Canaves Collection offers a unique opportunity to work in the luxurious and cosmopolitan village of Oia, located in the beautiful island of Santorini, Greece.

At Canaves Collection we own and manage four distinctive luxury properties: the contemporary Canaves Ena, the elegant Canaves Oia Suites & Spa, the exclusive Sunday Suites, and the newly opened Canaves Epitome. Our properties are proud members of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, offering exceptional service and world-class amenities to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties throughout the properties, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and attention to detail in all assigned areas.
• Replenish supplies, amenities, and linens in guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with guests.
• Assist with laundry services, including washing, ironing, and folding.
• Handle guests' requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Physical stamina to perform various cleaning tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
