Maid (Season 2026)

At Santa Marina, a Luxury Collection Resort, Mykonos, every guest journey is thoughtfully curated, and every team member plays a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences. As a Maid, you will play a key role in the care and impeccable presentation of guest rooms. With attention to detail and dedication to quality, you will ensure that each room is clean, tidy, and welcoming, offering guests an experience of comfort and care that reflects the high standards of the Luxury Collection brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning, tidying, and preparing guest rooms in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards
• Supplying and organizing towels, linens, and other essential items within the rooms
• Reporting any damages, maintenance issues, or potential safety hazards to a supervisor
• Ensuring proper management of linen used in guest rooms
• Responding promptly to special guest requests related to the room or its amenities
• Working closely with other departments to ensure prompt and high-quality guest service
• Following cleaning procedures in compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5-star hotel
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of room cleanliness
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and support other departments when needed
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a strong focus on guest service
