
Our Woodridge, IL office is looking for a new Mahoney Managed Administrator to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to support the Mahoney Managed department and Mahoney’s internal/external customers via multiple different service types, predominantly grease trap. This is a cross functional position that requires collaboration and communication with customers, subcontracted partners, other internal Mahoney Departments, and numerous others. The position is a hybrid role where you will work 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
Schedule for the role: Monday through Friday 8:30am start time.
Starting hourly rate: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
What you will do:
•Support MM Portal Admin and MM Trap Manager with account updates, releasing billing and providing past due invoices.
•Past due report and service follow up with subcontractors for customer locations.
•Audit MM Portal Folders and Data as pertains to MM Customers (including price, internal, etc. changes). Audit for Grease Trap, UCO and other accounts as needed. Send completed manifests based on completion to city inspectors based on compliance.
•Execute route and customer changes in Mahoney System(s).
•General clerical duties and communication.
•End Service and Credit Hold Email notifications to Contractors.
•Assist in addressing Customer and Partner call-ins and monitor emails.
•Build and support relationships with sub-contractors and Mahoney Environmental.
•Backup to the MM Portal Admin and MM Logistics Manager.
•Cross trained to assist MM Portal Admin and MM Third Party Admin and help with vacation coverage.
•Fully participate and support all safety initiatives.
•Other duties as assigned.
What you need to be successful:
•Excellent communication, computer and clerical skills.
•Proficient knowledge of MS office programs.
•Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
•High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•Bi-Lingual or Spanish speaking a plus.
