This position reports to the MAG PEM Section chief. It is mainly responsible for the equipment maintenance of the MAG Power, Signal, and Kaschke production lines, improving the problem points of new production lines and enhancing stability, and solving the current shortage of technical personnel.
Essential duties and responsibilities :
Education and /or experience
College degree or above, Majored in Mechanical or Mechancial & Electrical Integration
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Good command of English in speaking, reading and writing skills. Be able to consulted technical documents.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SKILLS
Be able to work with team and follow kaizen/ 6 sigma to do process, quality and cost continuously improvement.
Study the IATF quality system to understand the quality requirements of the company and automotive customers.
ANALYTICAL SKILLS
Understand and Can use 5 Why/ 8D/ FTA tools to analyze and verify root cause, take effective action to improve the problem.
TEAM BUILDING SKILLS
Be able to work efficiently with the team. Participate in work cell, Analyze and improve equipment issues
REASONING ABILITY
Be able to independently solve various equipment & process quality issues, complete the PDCA cycle and standardization work, including D/T reports, OEE analysis, lessons learned, PFMEA, SOP, etc.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
With strong learning capability, adaptability and work planning skills. Can withstand the work pressure.
