The Macy's 8-week summer internship program in Product Development provides exposure to the development and execution of Macy's private label brands. The Product Development team plays a key role in driving sales and profitability through exclusive brand assortments. The team partners closely with Buying, Design, and Sourcing to bring products to market, ensuring they meet brand standards, quality expectations, and cost and margin objectives. Interns will gain experience supporting assortment execution, participating in key milestone meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process.
Macy's summer internship program provides interns with a hands-on and in-depth understanding of a core business function in retail. Interns have opportunities to directly impact the business as a key part of a team and by sharing new ideas. Macy's interns experience everything our culture has to offer through exposure to senior leaders and networking opportunities. The internship program may lead to an opportunity to work full-time with Macy's in our early careers program after graduation. This internship program will be held in Macy's New York, New York Corporate offices.
