What The Position is About:

• Drive the company’s acquisition strategy
• Identify and source acquisition targets
• Build relationships with founders, brokers, and intermediaries
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and return analysis
• Coordinate financial, legal, and operational diligence
• Manage transactional timelines and execution
• Partner with private equity stakeholders throughout the deal process
• Support integration planning post-close
• Act as the internal point person for acquisition activity

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Merger and acquisition, corporate development, or investment experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capability
• Experience leading or supporting deal sourcing, financial and operational diligence, and transaction execution
• The ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
• Experience within the home services, construction, or similar industry is preferred
