Machinist

Schedule: Full-Time, 1st shift

Franksville, WI

Positions Available:

Experienced CNC Machinist – 5-Axis Milling

• Program, set up, and operate Mazatrol 5-axis CNC equipment
• Join us at an exciting time as this is a new machine for our company
• Take the lead in operating the equipment and have the opportunity to help train and mentor others as we expand our capabilities

Experienced CNC Mill Machinist

• Program, set up, and operate Mazatrol CNC mills
• Work on short-run, custom production
• Bring your machining expertise to a job-shop environment where every project can be a little different

Experienced CNC Lathe Machinist

• Program, set up, and operate Mazatrol CNC lathes
• Produce short-run, custom parts
• Work with a variety of projects that require precision, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience or more in turning and/or milling Mazak machines
• Proficiency with Mazatrol programming, machine setup, and completing short-run production
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, geometric tolerances (GD&T), and detailed specifications
• Proficient in using standard precision inspection and measurement equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn new skills, processes, and equipment
• Job shop experience is a plus
