Your Job

As a Machinist, you will set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances. You will bring craftsmanship and problem-solving to ensure the quality and reliability of every part you produce.

Our Team

You will be part of a skilled machining team that partners with engineering and operations to produce high-precision components and continuously improve machining processes.

What You Will Do

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes) to produce precision parts

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T to plan machining sequences

Select tooling, set offsets, and adjust speeds and feeds

Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality

Perform first-article and in-process inspections

Maintain equipment and perform routine machine upkeep

Recommend process and tooling improvements

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred

2+ years of machining experience (CNC and/or manual)

Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments

Strong attention to detail and quality focus

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience with CNC programming and setup (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, etc.)

Familiarity with CAM software

Experience machining tight-tolerance parts in a high-mix or regulated environment

Knowledge of tooling optimization and machining best practices
