- - - - Cooperate with QA/QC personnel to maintain acceptable product quality without unnecessarily diminishing production flow

- - - - Effectively communicates with supervisor, providing updates on run times, scheduling, and all machine related activities

- - - - Learn how to edit programs, and make adjustments accordingly

- - - - Learn all the different tooling that is used to machine all products.

- - - - Learn all different products JMI manufactures and will continue to learn new things regarding machining

- - - - Help with running multiple machines if needed

- - - - Learn how to clock in and out of jobs on the laptops.

- - - - Over time, will have the opportunity to become first piece inspectors, for others machinists who need a first piece inspection

Qualifications
- High school degree or GED. Associate Degree preferred
- 2+ years’ experience working with Mazaks

- - - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- - - - Must be able to understand how to read prints and measure using Calipers. Programming would be a great asset.

- - - - Must be reliable, self-motivated, and willing to do whatever is needed. Must be willing to work with others and have a great attitude.

- - - - Must have the ability to setup and run Mazak machines
