Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate various machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders to produce precision parts according to specifications

- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure proper functioning

- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments as needed

- Collaborate with team members and engineers to develop efficient production processes

- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing setting

- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and equipment

- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
