ĐỊA ĐIỂM LÀM VIỆC: KCN Nhơn Trạch 1 (Đồng Nai)

MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC:

Vận hành máy trong công đoạn gia công wafer (Kabra, HSG…) đảm bảo sản xuất đúng quy trình, đạt yêu cầu về chất lượng, sản lượng và an toàn lao động trong môi trường sản xuất công nghệ cao.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

• Vận hành máy theo đúng hướng dẫn công việc (WI), đảm bảo máy chạy đúng chương trình và chu kỳ quy định.
• Thực hiện thay thế đạo cụ, đá mài, vật tư đúng thời điểm và ghi chép đầy đủ theo quy định.
• Kiểm tra, đo kiểm sản phẩm đầu vào – đầu ra bằng các dụng cụ đo cơ bản (thước cặp, panme, đồng hồ so…) và ghi nhận kết quả.
• Nhập liệu, cập nhật đầy đủ biểu mẫu và hệ thống theo yêu cầu.
• Kiểm tra tình trạng máy móc hàng ngày, đảm bảo máy và thiết bị đo luôn sạch sẽ, trong tình trạng tốt và còn hạn hiệu chuẩn.
• Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt quy định về an toàn lao động, hóa chất, phòng sạch và 5S.
• Báo cáo kịp thời các vấn đề về chất lượng, năng suất hoặc rủi ro an toàn cho cấp trên.

Nền tảng học vấn:

• Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Cắt gọt kim loại, Chế tạo máy, Cơ điện, Điện – Điện tử hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.

Kinh nghiệm

• Chấp nhận sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành máy CNC hoặc trong môi trường sản xuất hàng loạt.

Kỹ năng & năng lực:

• Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật cơ khí cơ bản, hiểu dung sai kích thước.
• Hiểu và sử dụng được các dụng cụ đo cơ bản.
• Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, thao tác chính xác (có thể làm việc với kính hiển vi phóng đại).
• Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động và tuân thủ quy trình.
• Có thể làm việc theo ca và trong môi trường phòng sạch.
