Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Machining Skilled Operator to perform Deep Hole Drilling and Horizontal Turning Lathe (HTL) operations as per engineering drawings and production requirements. The candidate must ensure precision machining and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Deep Hole Drilling machine independently

• Perform HTL (Horizontal Turning Lathe) operations

• Set up tools, fixtures, and machining parameters

• Execute drilling, boring, turning, and facing operations

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances

• Maintain dimensional accuracy and required surface finish

• Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions

• Follow safety and quality standards

• Perform basic machine maintenance

Requirements

4. ITI Machinist (Mandatory)

5. Deep Hole Drilling Training (Mandatory)

6. Minimum 5 years of experience in Deep Hole Drilling & HTL operations

7. Strong knowledge of machining parameters and tooling

8. Ability to read engineering drawings and maintain tolerances

9. Experience in machining heavy components

10. Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator, etc.)

11. Understanding of shop floor safety standards

12. Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,500 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
