
Job Objective
The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and executing the mechanical maintenance of all Machines including, but not limited to, automatic sorting machine, conveyor systems, reactors, centrifuges, filter press and ABO at the manufacturing site. This includes supervising the mechanical maintenance team, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ensuring safe operation. The supervisor will work closely with the Lead Machinery Engineer to optimize machinery performance and maintain compliance with industry regulations and Safety standards.
Environment
Internal: GEPD management members, manufacturing, quality & service divisions.
External: In absence of Lead Machinery Engineer, equipment suppliers and vendors.
Key responsibility
Routine Maintenance:
Inspect and test machinery and equipment to diagnose issues and ensure they are operating correctly. Follow up on the stock of spare parts for Machinery Equipment .
Corrective Maintenance:
Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as SAP-PM to log maintenance activities and track equipment performance.

We are combining the expertise of both shareholders to build and operate 20 plasma donation centers throughout Egypt, along with manufacturing facilities including fractionation, purification, and fill-and-finish plants with a processing capacity of up to 1 million liters of plasma annually that can double in the future.
The new manufacturing facility will include a plasma warehouse and a testing laboratory. It will occupy 105,000 square meters strategically located in the administrative capital’s medical city, adjoining various healthcare institutions.
