Elmo is looking for a motivated Machinery Maintenance to join our team!

• Responsible for performing real-time repairs on machinery and equipment in the production line, including routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment within the production facility. This includes regular servicing, troubleshooting, and real-time fault repairs.
• Provide quick and efficient support in response to service requests from various production departments.
• Responsible for calibrating equipment that requires precision and verifying the operational readiness of newly purchased or repaired machinery and instruments.
• Assist in implementing 5S processes within the company.
• Write and update maintenance procedures for machinery.
• Regular use of company IT systems for maintenance tracking and reporting.
• Order spare parts for machines from suppliers.

Requirements

• Technician/Engineer in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics (or Technician) – mandatory
• 2-5 years of experience in machine maintenance – mandatory
• Experience in maintaining SMT lines (preferably SIEMENS/ASM), Selective Soldering Machines, AOI, etc.- an advantage.
• General experience in maintaining equipment in an electronics manufacturing environment – an advantage.
• Ability to read electronic schematics – an advantage.
• Fluent in Hebrew.
• Fluent in English – speaking, reading, and writing – mandatory.
• Self-learning ability in troubleshooting and resolving faults.
• Team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments.
