Machinery Assembler
• Assemble machinery according to the SOW reporting progress through L2L to maintain the approved schedule. Provide Support in machinery delivery Loops and project development.
• Build machinery based on a 3d design, electrical and pneumatic diagrams, based on Autoliv standards and regulations, ensuring mechanical/electrical/pneumatic operation
• Machine and electrical enclosure assembled in accordance with the SWO in agreement with the schedule.
• Redlines of electrical/pneumatic connections.
• Dispatch Follow up in L2L "assemble" on time
• Technical Career / Mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics or similar.
• 3 Years’ experience in machinery assembly processes.
• Interpretation of layouts; electric, pneumatic, mechanical.
• Management of standards and procedures.
• Basic knowledge in design and programming software
• Solid Woks
• Draftsight
• 2d interpretation of mechanical drawings.
• 2d interpretation of pneumatic diagrams
• Knowledge of pneumatics, electronics, mechanics and electricity, applications and installations.
• Basic knowledge of Allen Bradley (Rockwell) components.
• Basic knowledge of cognex/keyence cameras and scanners.
• PDM • Design & Order

• Knowledge of applicable MPS and SWI
