Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Machine Shop Team Lead- 1st Shift to join our team in Irvine, CA! The hourly rate for this position is 34.00 per hour. This role is eligible for a variable incentive pay plan.
The core hours are 6:30 am - 2:30 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

A front-line leader of our CNC department will lead and coordinate activities of CNC Machinists. Responsible for developing and improving the precision machining, manufacturing processes, and department personnel by providing leadership and accountability for all department matters.
Required Qualifications:
This position requires access to export-controlled information.
