We are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Setter for our backshift operations. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate production machinery for various product runs.
• Oversee machine performance during production and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery operates at optimal efficiency.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Accurately document machine settings, production data, and any maintenance conducted.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Hours of Work

• Backshift role available; specific hours to be discussed during the interview process.
• Hourly rate: £12.67/hour

Requirements

• Previous experience as a machine setter or in a similar production role preferred.
• Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of machinery operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Attention to detail to uphold quality standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production needs.
