As a Machine Operator, you will ensure the stable, safe, and efficient operation of production equipment while maintaining high standards in quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machines and follow daily work instructions
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities or downtime promptly
• Conduct basic machine checks, cleaning, and simple troubleshooting
• Ensure all operations comply with Safety, Quality, and Production standards
• Perform in‑process inspections and record accurate production data
• Support line changeover, material loading/unloading, and basic equipment adjustments
• Collaborate with team leaders, technicians, and engineers to resolve production issues
• Maintain 5S and a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above
• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred (but not required)
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Basic understanding of measurement tools and visual inspection
• Good teamwork, responsibility, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in shift patterns if required

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, assembly, or automation lines
• Familiarity with machine interface systems or basic troubleshooting
• Stable work attitude and strong commitment to quality and safety
