Manitowoc Pattern and Machining (MP&M) is excited to announce the launch of our new weekend shift! We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our growing team on our weekend day shift.
This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking consistent weekend hours, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a stable work environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality parts by:
- Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials
- Reading and following work instructions
- Using precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts
- Maintaining accurate production records
- Reporting quality or process concerns to your supervisor
- Working as part of a team to meet production and quality goals
This is an entry-level position, and we’re willing to train motivated candidates who bring a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Ability to communicate and read work instructions in English
- Ability to safely operate machinery and work in a production environment
- Willingness to work 12-hour weekend shifts

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Production floor environment with noise, dust, and machinery
- PPE required (safety glasses, safety shoes, and gloves)
- Ability to stand and move for 12 hours
- Frequent lifting (up to 30 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
