Position: Machine Operator (Vending Machine)

Saha is a leading vending machine company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We provide a wide range of vending machines for various industries such as retail, hospitality, and healthcare. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Riyadh. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining our vending machines, ensuring they are fully stocked and functioning properly. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain vending machines, including refilling products, cleaning and troubleshooting any technical issues

- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed

- Ensure vending machines are clean, presentable and in good working condition at all times

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner

- Keep accurate records of sales and inventory

- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards while handling and stocking products

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience operating and maintaining vending machines is preferred

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and sales reporting

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
