
Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Machine Operator II (3rd Shift) - Presses at our Reno, NV facility! The hourly rate for this position is $22.73 + $1 shift differential per hour.
CORE HOURS: 5:45AM - 2:15PM. (Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.)

• Understand and proficiently operate assigned machines/presses.
• Troubleshoot various machinery problems.
• Identify and tag tubs according to shop orders.
• Quality control and document all parts run on machines.
• Retrieve and enter data into SAP.
• Inventory components and supplies as needed to ensure efficient and timely production.
• Maintain a clean work area and tend to other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to operate machinery and presses safely.
• Ability to read, accurately interpret, and produce parts from blueprints and shop drawings.
• Ability to identify different gauges and types of raw material
• Ability to accurately read tape measure, scales, and calipers
• Ability to work effectively and productively as member of a team with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
• Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift with or without reasonable accommodations
• Able to lift and bend on a continuous basis with or without reasonable accommodations
• Able to regularly lift up to 35 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure.
Working Conditions:
• Exposure to cold/heat weather conditions while shipping doors are open.
• Fast-paced working, while maintaining safety priorities.
