
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Under direct supervision, operate manual and CNC equipment to produce parts to specification.
2. Basic interpretation of blueprints, requirements, and documentation to complete tasks..
3. Follow all maintenance and safety processes and practices with proper supervision.
4. Learn and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
5. Understand. Create. Simplify.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school Diploma or GED
Able to operate Windows and MS Office
Strong math skills
Ability to accurately measure parts
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)

Basic shop experience
