Machine Operator – Class B
Location: 597 Evergreen Rd, Strafford, MO 65757
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 5:30 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $18.50–$19.00 per hour
Looking to begin or grow a career in manufacturing? We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator Class B to operate Turret or Laser CNC machines and produce high quality metal parts. This is an entry level role with training provided and clear opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate Turret or Laser machines to cut, punch, or form metal parts
• Load and unload materials with proper alignment
• Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Perform basic cleaning and routine machine checks
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
• Record production data and report issues as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn CNC operations
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to be trained
• Dependable, team oriented, and safety focused
• Basic math and problem solving skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
